1. Scope Of Our Policy

This Policy applies solely to the personal information that we process as part of the API Services. It does not govern personal information that our customers process independently of the API Services or separate privacy notices that may apply to other interactions with RPI Print, including our other products or services, or when we process personal information about our personnel and job applicants.

When we handle our customers’ personnel information (e.g., for account creation, billing, security, marketing, customer support, etc.), we decide how and why to use this information (i.e., we act as a “business” as that term is defined under applicable privacy laws).

When we handle end-user personal information that our customers provide to us (e.g., order details tracking, shipping, payment, etc.), we do so pursuant to our customers’ instructions when they use the API Services (i.e., we act as a “service provider” as that term is defined under applicable privacy laws). Our customers decide how and why to use end-user personal information when they provide it to us via the API Services (i.e., they act as “businesses” as that term is defined under applicable privacy laws). Our customers are responsible for their own privacy practices. If you are an end-user of our customers’ services, you should review the privacy notice(s) provided by the customer with whom you originally interacted.

2. Personal Information Collected

To the extent permitted, if RPI Print or its affiliates are or may be acquired by, merged with, or invested in by another company, or if any of our assets are or may be transferred to another company, whether as part of a bankruptcy or insolvency proceeding or otherwise, we may transfer personal information processed through the API Services to the other company. We may also share such personal information as necessary before completion of the transaction with lenders, auditors, and third-party advisors, including attorneys and consultants, as part of due diligence or to plan for the transaction.

  • Other Disclosures. We may disclose personal information in other ways not described above, but will notify you and, if necessary, obtain your consent.

5. Cookies, Targeting, And Analytics

We and our third-party providers use cookies, clear GIFs/pixel tags, JavaScript, local storage, log files, and other mechanisms to automatically collect and record information about your browsing activities and use of our products and services. We may combine this "activity information" with other personal information we collect about you. Generally, we use this activity information to understand how our website, and other online services are used, track bugs and errors, assess, secure, protect, optimize and improve the performance of our services, to prevent fraud and protect our business, as well as for targeted marketing and advertising, and for analytics purposes. For information on how to exercise your cookies, personalization and analytics choices, please see the “Your Privacy Choices” section below.

Cookies. Cookies are small files with unique identifiers that are transferred to your browser through our websites. They allow us to remember you when you are logged in to our website and other online services, help us understand how you navigate through and use our website and other online services, and allow us to display personalized content and targeted ads (including on third-party sites and applications).

Pixel Tags. Pixel tags (sometimes called web beacons or clear GIFs) are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. While cookies are stored locally on your device, pixel tags are embedded invisibly within web pages and online content. We may use these, in connection with our website and other online services to, among other things, track the activities of users, help us manage content and compile usage statistics. We may also use these in HTML e-mails we send, to help us track e-mail response rates, identify when our e-mails are viewed, and track whether our e-mails are forwarded.

Log Files. We collect certain activity information from log files. Log file information is automatically collected by our servers when you access our website. We record certain information from these log files, including web requests, IP address, browser type and version, language information, referring and exiting URLs, links clicked, pages viewed and other similar information.

Analytics Tools. We use third-party tools, such as Google Analytics, which are operated by third-party companies, to evaluate our website and online services. These third-party analytics companies may collect usage data (using cookies, pixels and similar tools) about our website and other online services in order to provide us with reports and metrics that help us evaluate usage of our website and other online services, improve our Sites, and enhance performance and user experiences. To learn more about Google’s privacy practices, please review the Google Privacy Policy at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/. You can also download the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Do-Not-Track Signals. Our site does not recognize or respond to "Do Not Track" signals. However, our site may respond to other opt-out preference signals as may be required by law.

6. Your Privacy Choices

We make available several ways to manage privacy choices. Some choices are browser or device specific, which means that you need to set the preference for each browser and device. If you delete or block cookies, you may need to reapply these preferences. Opting out of cookies and advertising does not mean that you will no longer receive advertising content from us. You may continue to receive generic or “contextual” ads.

  • Account and Profile Information. You can review and update certain personal information maintained in your account by logging into the Services and updating your profile, where that functionality is available. You may also contact the customer that provided access if you need assistance.
  • Marketing Communications. You may opt out of marketing and promotional communications you receive from us by using the unsubscribe option provided in each marketing communication we send you. Even if you opt out of marketing and promotional communication emails from us, we may still send you transactional and other non-promotional emails.
  • Cookie Preference Manager. You can review or change your preferences for targeting cookies and tags on our websites by adjusting your cookie settings.
  • Browser Settings. To prevent cookies from tracking your activity on our website or visits across multiple websites, you can set your browser to block certain cookies, notify you when a cookie is set, or delete cookies. The “Help” portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your device from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to delete cookies. Visitors to our website and other online services who disable cookies will be able to browse the website, but some features may not function.
  • Industry Ad Choice Programs. You can control how participating third-party ad companies use the information that they collect about your visits to our website and those of third parties, in order to display more relevant targeted advertising to you. For more information and to opt out of receiving targeted ads from participating third-party ad networks go to:

  • Privacy Rights Requests. Because RPI Print processes personal information of end-users on behalf of its customers, end-users who wish to exercise statutory privacy rights should submit such requests directly to the RPI Print customer. For others, RPI Print handles privacy rights requests as described in the Additional Information for Certain Jurisdictions section below.

Our website and other online services may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the information practices of these third-party sites. You should review the privacy policies and terms for any third parties before proceeding to those websites or using those third-party features or services.

In addition, our website and other online services may include or incorporate third-party features (e.g., widgets, buttons, and plugins), which are operated by third-party platforms and networks. These features are hosted by the respective third-party operator even though they appear on our website and other online services, and the third party may collect your IP address, URL, date and time stamp, browser details and the like, subject to their own privacy policies.

Authorized agents will be required to provide proof of their authorization in their first communication with us, and we may also require that the relevant consumer directly verify their identity and the authority of the authorized agent.
